By accessing the 9999 BDT website, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 9999 BDT.

9999 BDT reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

All transactions on 9999 BDT are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though large deposits may trigger additional verification checks.

• Processing time: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to your 9999 BDT account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your mobile wallet but does not appear in your 9999 BDT account within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Currency: 9999 BDT only accepts BDT. Transactions in other currencies are not supported.
• Deposit ownership: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 9999 BDT. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities.

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of bots or automation: Using automated software, scripts, or bots to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile wallet provider after funds have been used on the platform.
• Money laundering: Using 9999 BDT to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.

9999 BDT reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Common reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification, or at the player's own request.

• Voluntary closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method after verification.
• Suspension pending investigation: If your account is suspended pending an investigation, you will be notified. Funds will be held during the investigation period.
• Permanent closure for violations: Accounts closed due to terms violations will have any bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited. Real-money deposits may be returned at 9999 BDT's discretion depending on the nature of the violation.
• Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly inactivity fee may apply to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
